Why verify your email?
Verifying your email address is important for protecting your account and ensuring uninterrupted access to all features. There are two primary reasons to complete verification as soon as possible:
Account recovery. If you don’t verify your email, there is no reliable way to retrieve or reset your password if needed. Your verified email serves as the primary method for account recovery.
Correct contact information. If the email address you entered is incorrect, it needs to be fixed during sign-up.
Unverified email notice
You will see a message in the app stating that your email is not verified until verification is complete. This notice will remain visible until you confirm ownership of the email address.
Features may be limited without verification
While we allow access to the app without verification, you may encounter the following limitations:
- Not all features are available — some functionality requires a verified email address
- Features may not function correctly — in certain situations, unverified emails can cause features to behave unexpectedly or fail
For the best experience and full access to all capabilities, please verify your email address as soon as possible.
How to verify your email
- After creating your account, check your inbox for a verification email
- Click the verification link in the email
- Return to the app to confirm your email status has been updated
If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from Settings.
If these steps don’t work you can contact us using the email address that isn’t receiving the verification email. If you still aren’t getting the verification email, we can go through the process of verifying the email manually with you.
